Help!! Its EAD issue....

Could anyone please tell me what is the method of moving from H1 to EAD? What all formalities to be done if someone changes company and starts working on EAD? I mean which forms and what if its little delayed in the process?

Fill in the I-9

As per my knowledge , you will have to fill a new I-9 form .
The form should be available from yr employer

Another question...what happens when one doesn't do so.......also to whom will this form go? If to INS then won't INS know that the person has changed job and would generate RFE?

Does it mean that INS would not look into it? Its just kept with employer and thats it?

Girish, your last posting suddenly rings a bell!
That could be the reason why the INS issues RFE asking for copies of Tax returns and W-2s.
