HELP-Is I-94 required after receipt of GC?

Hi,

I have received my plastic GC. However, I don't remember whether my I-94 was taken by the authorities when I went for I-551 stamping. I am concerned that I may have lost it. Please let me know whether I-94 is taken at the time of passport stamping. I am travelling out of the country tomorrow so please reply asap.

No, you don't need I-94 anymore. Now onwards, your plastic GC is the proof of legal status in USA.
