Hi All,
I am working on H-1B (valid to Oct/15/2005), My wife is studying in Canada and got her H-4 last Dec. This Jan she came to US to visit me, and after that she went back to Canada to continue study.
My question is that: if she will come to US this Apr again, she needs to apply a new H-4 visa again? or she can directly fly to US?

(on her H-4 visa stamp it displays

Does the "PED 15OCT2005" means she can come to US multiple times before Oct/15/2005? If it is, what does the "Entries 1" mean?

Looking forward to you guy's reply and greatly appreciate that!

Why not have her visit the local US-embassy in Canada and make sure she gets a multiple-entry(if it happens to be a single-entry) visa ?! You have lot of time before April ?!

If you have all documents resent to her and she gets it verified or stamped, you won't have to worry about it. People who respond in forums mostly have just a opinion which mostly is ok, but sometimes wrong. So, why risk it ?!

Entry is definately 1.

I think the PED, is Petetion Expiration date (or something of that sort)
