Help! Interview Letter lost

my IL is lost. it was mailed more than two months ago. can anyone tell me what to do next. i didn't receive IL received all other letters earlier. that is what they told me at the 800 number that letter was mailed. will they reschedule or will i have to refile all over again. they said to go to DO. anyone with such an experience? will it take much longer now. can't believe such a thing happened.
 
no personal experience though.... but you can take InfoPass appt and go talk to IO.

First call the 800 customer (dis)service line and try to find out if you've already missed your appointment. If so, write to your USCIS DO and explain the problem - they will usually reschedule you - otherwise set up an InfoPass appointment and try to get a replacement letter.
