HELP! INS cheat on RFE receiving date

My AP was applied on 4/21/03. INS requested RFE and INS web site showed RFE was received on 12/22/03. Today I checked the online message again. It says "RFE was received on 2/11/04. It taks another 150 to 180 days to process..." Can somebody tell me what's going on with TSC. How can they keep delaying my AP application? How can they cheat on the receiving date? How can I do? Please help!

Most probably, this could be a glitch in the online message system. I think your case go approved yesterday and they changed the message wrongly.

In my range of SRC-01-247-***** there is one number that was received in Jan 04...

I think that once in a while you will get these errors..

If you have a receipt with date older than 7/28/04, give them a call. That is the processing date for AP..

I have the same issue with my AP. The earlier message said that the RFE was received on 01/06/04, but 2 days back it changed to 'RFE received on 02/10/04'.
Not sure what's going on - could be an error and AP has been approved. Can't say for sure.
Either way, I wasn't too concerned since I don't have any travel plans.

I hope the date 2/11/03 is the date they approved my AP not reveived RFE.

Since you guys have same problem as mine and your dates are earlier than mine, if you receive mailing notice for approval, can you post message here?

No AP in mail today Feb 12. Message changed from RFE received Jan 27 to RFE received Feb 2/3...if it's approval it's fantastic news, but nothing in mail yet.
