Help! InfoPass Appointment

Please help!!!

How do I retrieve InfoPass appointment? my printer at home was broke hence couldn't take the print, I don't see an option to view my appt.? pls let me know if there is one. When I go back to the web page, I only see three buttons:

1) Make your InfoPass Appointment
2) Cancel your InfoPass Appointment
3) Info about InfoPass (Opens a PDF doc)

But, I have written down the details, conf #, date, time etc.
What do I do now??

Try to use make your appointment and fill out the same info like you did the last time .. This might work.
