Help - Indend to deny this case

Hi,

I have just check the voice message and it says "notice of indend to deny this case mailed". Does it mean the case is already denied or asking for some explanation. I need input from the similar experienced person, please. I appreciate if you give me more input on how did you handle the situation. Thanks a lot.

Intend to deny means that the INS has reasons to deny your application. If you have proper documentation and can backup your position there is always room to have your application approved. So do not panic, wait for the letter from the INS and respond to the same with proper backup documentation.

INS is going to send a letter to you why they can\'t deny your case.You need to provide proper documentation and supporting documents. Please post once you get a letter from INS. Gurus can help you.

I agree with above fellow posters. In any case do not panic and wait for the letter. Most of the times it could be to proove your status. Recently we have seen a case of I-140 revoked before they give a final decision on I-485. You can check this to make sure that your I-140 still valid by calling INS AVM and punch your I-140 EAC #. Talk to your lawyer/company to get familiar with your documentation.

I got the letter from the INS on the above issue. The issue relates to the company name change. I will post the follow-up. Thanks. I learned something, that is, do not panic and be cool.
