Hi, my current employer has applied for my GC in May 2004. I am thinking of switching jobs and my prospective employer is ready to apply for my GC under PERM. I have MS in Comp Science. + 3 yrs experience. My questions are:
(1. It seems if I refile, I risk losing the Priority Date. Is that a big deal in my cae? Is there a workaround?
(2. With my qualifications (MS + 3 yrs in US) is it advisable for me to go for PERM?
