Help in filing AR11 (Address change during 485 stage)

Hi Gurus,
I need help in filing AR11 form (address change while 485 is pending).

Here are my questions regarding this form:

1. Which option I have to choose for the following:
I am in the USA as
(A) Permanent Resident (B) other(specify).......

I think it's B, but what should I specify (485 pending???)

2. If not a permanent resident, my stay in the US expires on (date)??? (if I select B for 1 above I don't knwo what date to put here)

3. I work for or attend school at:
(for my case I'll use my employer address, what should I write for my wife(she is a house wife) can I leave this as blank??)

Any info is highly appreciated....
