Our Canadian immigration process as independent immigrants was approved a few months back. We require a visa extension on the 6-month period granted to us. What do we do and who do do we ask for it? Need help.
You have to land before expiry of your Landing papers, Landing paper validity CAN NOT be extended in any circumstances. The only option for you is to Land before expiry or Send landing papers Back to Canada consulate and ask for Refund of ROLf and re-apply again for Canada immigration and it is going to be assesed according to New Regulations at that time.
