Help: I485 required document - employment letter

I'm EB-3. I140 approved. Employment based application. My attorney told me that I do not need an employment letter. She said that I only need it when I go for an interview. Is it true?

no!! read the i-485 application instructions.. you need an employment letter, they will issue and rfe if you dont!!
