Help - I140 Question

Guys,

My 140 was approved last week - my questions is : Will I get a copy of the approval also, or is it sent only to the attorney?

My company's attorney said it was their policy not to send me their copy (even a photo-copy).
So in that case, I will have one for myself, only if the NSC sends one.

Then my second question would be: Can I invoke AC-21 without having a copy of my 140 approval?

Please advice?

Congrats Man.

I-140 is company’s property and lawyer will not give it to you without Companies Consent.

For AC21 you don’t need a copy of I-140. Simply a letter, sample of it you can get on the forum it self.
