After reading all the dicussions, I got a bit confuses about what NVC is going to do with the I40/CP cases? Will it be faster since the I140/I1485 concurrent cases will not be adjusted until the priority date. I happen to see some cases file in the same day (04/13/2004) like me got approved. From the data, it looks like the i140 spped up. Are they I140/CP, or I140/485 concurrent, or what else?
