HELP ,I will send the forms so what else must send

I will send DSP - 122 and DS- 230 for me and wife and two each two phots and my bar code
so any else any document they need to send with these forms such as cope of passports or any thing
or self stamped envelope
I have my friend in USA should i wrote his address in that envelope
I really did not know the first steps
