Help I need a psychiatric specialized in the FBI Name Check Waiting Disorder syndrome

Hi All;

I tried every trick in the book; the District Office told me I may wait up to 18 months. The Senator office increased it to 2 years. When I called the FBI, they hung up on me and they did not reply to my emails, certified, and non-certified mails. So I guess the only one who could help me now is a psychiatric specialized in the name check waiting disorder syndrome. I guess this will be more helpful than a lawyer.

So, anybody how received his FP notice in early december got his name check cleared by now

Please relax. If you name check was initiated on December then you are not in trouble. You just had your interview and ur whole process going so fast that the USCIS couldn't synchronize with the results of the name check. I believe that the name check takes between 4-6 months average. Your name check could be cleared soon.For example i did my finger printing on October and was cleared in Feb. maybe the only good thing the USCIS do sometimes is schedule the interview far a head so they give a chance to the FBI name check to clear.

Any updates on your case?

None since I entered the mental hospital. Though, The doctors here are trying to help by contacting the FBI directly and explaining my severe situation. I guess their efforts will be fruitless as my mental condition caused by name check will render me inelligable for naturalization
