help: I-94 expired 1 week before 485 approval!

My case was approved on 6/18/2001. (EB2, ND Feb. 2000). I plan to stamp the passport next Monday. Just found out my I94 expired on June 14, 2001!
I never applid for EAD or H1b extention. Is this going to be problem for me when they stamp?

Please post all your details which will be really helpfull to others!

Have you moved to EAD? If so you don\'t have any problem even in otherwords it will not be a problem for stamping. Stamping is very formal thing to order your plastic card!

make sure that you dont get paid after your I-94 expiration..
legally that will save you from trouble...
If you had applied for H1b extn then you can work for 8 mnths
from the date of expiration...
you could stay ..only earning without EAD would be a problem...

Hi Waiter 618, For passport stamping they won\'t really check the I-94 seriously. Some places they don\'t even ask for the I-94. In my case they didn\'t ask for I-94, EAD or AP. If you post here where you are going to get stamped then some one could suggest you something. Good luck.
