my federal labor just get approved 06/10/2005 and RD is 06/21/2002
and my company is doing the petition for me.
The lawyer is preparing the I-140 and I-485 for me and my wife.
when i review the draft of the I-485 forms. looks like the application type fo r me and my wife are both filled in as "an immigrant petition petition giving me an immediately available immigrant visa number has been approved. (Attached a copy of the approval notice, or a relative, special immigrant junenile or special immigrant military visa petition filed with this application that will give you an immediately available visa number, if approved").
this does not sound correct to me. Experts, does this sound right?
