got card production ordered and still not received the card yet everybody has the same situation as I do
08/24/2009 card production ordered
08/30/2009 welcome letter received by USPS Mail Received physical mail
08/31/2009 Approval notice sent online update not received physycal mail today 09/24/2009
wait until 30 days and call the 1-800 number this morning they took all my information when did I file the application and receipt data stuff like that and they made a request and told me to wait for 30days they nation benefit center will contact me by email or phone or mail.
I told them that I received the card production ordered on 08/24/09 but they said on there system it only shows on 08/31/2009 we mailed your an approval notice .....and read all the information on the same email that I received NO help at all.
what AM i gonna do now I asked them and was told the infopass would not have more information. IF I went to the infopass the Io will submit the same request email as they do
one funny things is I called twice first the guy took all my info and told me to wait until october 25 2009 IF I do not receive andy response
so I called again right after talking to this guy and a woman told me to wait 45 days which one is correct god
