Help! I-140 submitted with wrong ETA form

My wife & I applied for our gc in May 2005 under schedule A nurses.
We submitted ETA 750 part A & B along with our I-140,I-485,I-765 forms.
I just read in this forum that a new form by labor ETA-9089 is required after march 28 2005.
What should we do? Should we just wait for CIS or what? below is our other details:
I-140,I-485,I-765 rd 05/26/05
I-765 approved with cards - 07/06/05
FP done - 09/21/05
LUD - 09/29/09

I-485 ??
I-140 ??

shouldn't be a big problem here since I understand CIS gives a preliminary review of each case upon receipt. Unless they are not able to find anything wrong at the first first, your case is pretty much under process right now. Of course be prepared to file a new ETA upon RFE. Good luck!
