Help!!! I-140 RFE on LC Substitution

Hi,

My company applied I-140 (EB3) for me in PP with LC substitution. We got a RFE from TSC today. Here's the detail:
"Please provide an unapproved completed Labor Certification for XXX showing experience and education"

I'm not clear what does it mean. My company has submitted the original approved Labor Certification (ETA-750 for YYY) with my education and experience evidence. Does CIS needs one ETA-750 form for me as well?

Any advise and help in understanding this RFE are greatly appreciated!
 
You need to SUbmit Form 750B.

You need to submit Form 750B, along with the Approved Labor 750 A and 750B. The new form should contain your details.
