My H1 stamp at China passport is Jan, and how to extend to 2 years. (I just got my H1, it is valid for 3 yrs while on my passport it is only valid for six months). So in that case, if I go back China, I don\'t have to apply for visa everytime within a longer time than 6 months. I heard it is like sending some letter to washington DC, does anybody know the procedure? Pls share it with me. Thanks.
