I recently came to america on an H4 visa with my wife who has H1B visa. My father is american citizen, but we were out of touch. One week after being here i contact him and he gives me evidence that he started filng for me in 2003, March. But I did not know about him filing a I130, so now i am married and in america, WHAT DO I DO? Do I just wait until I am contacted by USCIS or try contacting them first?
