Our I485 cases were transfered to Memphis, TN, a few months ago. Last week, I received my wife and daughter's interview notices, but other applicants in the same family package of the application have not received yet. We found out they misprinted the street number of my home address. Due to this stupid mistake, the other interview letters are probably lost or returned to the office. We feel lucky we got some of the letters, otherwise, we will never know our three-year-long-waiting application terminated at this final step.

I have writen a letter to the local office to request for resending the letters. My question is: is there way to push them send me these letter again? Are there any other route to directly contact the Memphis local office, telephone, fax, email? I appreciate your any suggest.

The most efficient way to try to get this cleared up is take a copy of the notices with the incorrect address, and schedule an infopass appointment to have them change it in person.

Although this is the best way, it still did not work for me, and my interview letters got sent to the wrong addres in the end. They have the address stored in so many places, they themselves don't even know where to go fix it. 2 poeple gave me 2 different addresses for my file when they looked at the system. I corrected those, but stil got the letter sent to the wrong address. The officer who did m interview eventually got the address corrected in the right place. Luckily the interview notice also went to my lawyer's office.
