I just check my _485. The AVM message " We send your message this case is withdraw". That means deny my application?

If you filed through an attorney, ask him to look into this immediately. Or call INS yourself to find out whether the message being played by AVM is correct or ... ? AVM alone cannot be trusted.
Why would your company withdraw I-140 , do you work for this sponsoring company ? When did you file 485 ?If 180 days has passed since you filed 485, according to AC21 plain reading, employer may not withdraw I-140.
You will certainly not get any useful info without posting more details about your case. Reading your other post (dated March 2002) "Desperately need help", it appears something is fishy about your case. But I maybe wrong about it.
