My wife and I got our passports stamped on Jul 30, 2001 at Chicago. Our cases where approved at VSC. Till date we have not received our plastic cards...
Here are some of the twists that happened...
1. Approved at VSC. Stamped at Chicago (which is OK).
2. Since almost all cases that get stamped at Chicago are from NSC, by mistake the INS Officer, mentioned in our passports that ours were approved at NSC.
3. We had our address changed since our stamping. We gave the change os address to VSC via phone and they have updated our records...
What could be causing the delay. Any insight is greatly appreciated...
