Hello!

I have applied my I 140 last year May, 2002. I havenot received anything. Now I have EAD and working on that. I do have valid AP.

I have an emergency to go back my country as my father in law is very sick. Is it good idea to leave country with pending I 140. Does it creat any problem.

Pending I-140 should NOT be a PROBLEM, what so ever.
