a friend of mine committed a big mistake in form 122 instead of writing Qatar Doha ( the country of his residence ) he wrote Atlanta ( place of his mailing address) and KCC send his documents to the consular in Atlanta for adjusting his status and he received the second letter. but actually he want to to do interview in Qatar
the question is
1/ can he contact KCC to tell them his mistake by returning the documents back from atlanta consular to kcc
2/ is there time limit for changing the forms
I appreciate any help from the all

Lets hope that it's not too late to contact kcc, since kcc has already sent your documents to Atlanta. However, you have no other choice than to explain kcc your situation to them

Tell your friend to contact Qatar Doha by post to request his case transfer from Atlanta to Doha (where he wants to have his interview). He can call them first to find out what to do under such circumstance. What I know is that they will ask him to write officially to have his case transfer to Doha.
