On January 2003 I filed for I-140 , I-485, and advanced parole . The RD was January 12, 2003. Yet, neither one has been approved and I have not received any thing from NSC. Is there any one with me on the same boat ? And any idea why all this delay is happening to my cases... Please help help help :confused: :mad: :(
 
are you sure it is Jan 2003 not 2004? if 2003, you should talk to USCIS immediately for your i-140 atleast.
