I know this is nothing todo with 485/140.. But there is a question asked by my friend.. i am reflecting the same here...

Dear Gurus:

Is there any time-line that the parents has to enter into the US after getting approval for visitor visa?

My friend's inlaws got approval last month for 10 years. But i heard from another friend that they should travel at least one time in 6 months( from the approval date) , otherwise their visa will not be valid!

IS THIS TRUE?

Please reply..

I know all of us are not happy about VSC's new time update ( without any change) . And people who applied for EAD on September - October still looking mailbox every day...

kind regards
Dash

My brother had been told same thing last month that they will have to enter country once in first six months of approval date, So i guess this is true,Though this was not the case earlier.

One of my friend has her parents keep coming here a lot i am going to call her now and ask her also.

Well, she says this is not true unless they chenged something after january 1st,but based on her expe this not true because if this is the case then what is the point of getting multiple entry visa.

A person may not visit US because of health reason or any other reason,so this should not be case, but u never know these guys.
