The likelyhood of getting an RFE may be 60% (per what I have seen on the board) but it is anybody\'s guess. I would say, don\'t take anyaction yet unless your company has no problem filing a proactive I140 amendment (which I always suggest). Otherwise, you may want to wait it out because I am hoping regulations would be out by July 01 and most likely this may not be an issue after all.

Dont worry. Changing the company name is hobby for my company. I need to check my website to find out what is my company name today.
Its all for big companies only. As long as you maintain your papers clean and dont give a hint to INS officers about the explicit name change you should be fine with it.
