I am completing documents for EB1-1. In application, I need to tell about impact factors of journals I published on. Do I need to copy the page containing impact factors of journals from Web of Sciences OR I just say that these journals have impact factor numbers 2,2 or ...
Please help immediately
Thanks

Thank you very much. I am confused one thing. I read the instructions of I-140. It is said that if you are employed permanently, you can send one of two locations USCIS Nebraska Service Center and USCIS Texas Service Center.
But I am not employed permanently, I am a postdoc in Connecticut, WHERE I should send I-140 and other documents?
Please help!
Thank you very much

Don't worry about the word "permanently" for purposes of filing your petition; you need to send it to the center which covers your area of residence, which for CT I believe is Texas...

Thank you very much. Sorry to have one more question:
I am filing I-140. I will submit it next month. But sometimes, I saw I-485 concurrent. I knew that form I-485 to adjust your status as a permanent. My questions sre
1. What is the difference if I am filing I-140 only or I-140 concurrent with I-485?
2. I-140 is not approved, can I file I-485?

No one reply!!!Please please!!

If you are filing an EB-1A petition, then yes you can submit your I-485 together with your I-140. In order to submit I-485 you need to file a different set of forms including completing a medical exam. You can do it together with your I-140 or send it afterwards with a copy of your I-140 receipt notice. As of current regulations, you can send I-485 even if your I-140 is not approved, although that may change in the future (no one knows when - but it won't be this month or next month).

If you are filing under EB-2 or something else, then you may not be able to send your I-485; it depends on your nationality. But for EB-1, you can do it.
