Hi, I got my health examination result with a sealed envelope and signature by the doctor,
he also made a copy of all forms to me. I think this is great!
But he also give me the I-693green-color sheet which show s for APPLICANT. It looks right,
However, I saw a post several days ago, said we can not get this sheet even it shows for applicant.
That guy mentioned the doctor should not give this to us. How about your guys?
