Here is the case:
I'm british working in the US on a H1B.
My girlfriend is from Cyprus and wanted to be with me in the US.
So we went through the school route and applied for a F1.
We shortly got engaged before she applied but we didn't want to complicate
things by telling them she had a fiance now. So we kept quiet.
Her student visa got rejected becaues she didn't prove strong ties with
her country. They said she couldn't re-apply until 6 months. And sign her
back of her passport. What does that mean ?
Now I'm going to go to cyprus and marry her, as I doubt she will be able
to get a visa to the uk. She will then be entitled to get the H4 visa.
My questions:
1.)Now my question is can she apply without this 6 month wait?
2.)Will the rejection of a student visa and this sign passport thing harm her 3.)Chances of geting this H4? Will be able to ever live in the US ?
4.)Can she goto school on a H4.
