Hi, My H1 with current employer is valid till June, 2006 and the same employer applied my I-140/485/EAD/AP in August, 2004. Got EAD and AP appoved in this last week. My employer is insisting me to fill I-9 form and wants to keep me on EAD instead of H1B.
From the forums i understood that it is safe to be on H1B incase if there is
a problem with I-140/485 approval. I don't understand why my employer is
insisting me to be on EAD?
--> If i start using my EAD with the GC sponsored employer, will my H1 gets
invalidated?
--> If i start using my EAD with the GC sponsored employer and if there is
a problem to my I-140/485 approval, Howcan i go back to H1? and Can i
apply for H1 tranfer to another company at that time?
