i applied for GC in Feb and got married in may, and applied for wife in june, her AP had an RFE we responded to it, and INS system mentions that they recd our response on Aug 05, do u know if this case wud also get processed again like someone applied fresh on Aug 05 ?. The RFE was for my I140 petition and our marriage certificate, both documents my attorney tells me were sent along with the original application.
