and my RD is 8/10 , can I leave my company and join my client.
My job is going to be the same, but in new job I\'ll be the Lead.
Please help. If I don\'t join them I\'m going to lose such a opportunity.

talk to your client

and explain to him that VSC is processing Aug 01 cases and it won\'t be long before yours is approved. I am sure they can extend this \'deadline\' by a few weeks (I assume you are working there right now).
 
Guys Today my client told me to..

submit my resume and join on July 1st, or you have to leave by jun 30. And I\'ll be joining them as IS Manager, and but GC was applied with Programmer and analyst, Help guys
 
Even I am meeting the same problem--

questions...

1--- Do we have to inform INS of this work switch?

2--- How would it affect the GC approval?

Help please...

My attorney told me that you can switch jobs if your case has been unadjudicated for more than 180 days and as long as the core job responsibilities remain the same even though the title changes. You do not really have to inform INS about the change not until they ask you for an employment verification letter or something.

And if you guys have absolutely clean cases and do not expect an RFE/interview, in my humble opinion, go for these new opportunities. And BTW, there is this other person (skh ??) who switched jobs one month after filing AOS, got an RFE and was approved.

It\'s a calculated risk but worth it.

Should I talk to IIO? I am still waiting for approval and...

I got one more month to join my client.
I read messages saying aug 01 cases are being processed.
People talking to IIO are saying the same and some of the august end cases have been approved.
I was counting on this info but I am not sure what to expect now.
Is there any chance that if I speak to IIO, my case could be delayed ?
Pl. advise.
