What happens when the employers wants to stop the green card processing after 180 days.My question is can i shift to another company and continue the processing or need to start the process from the begining.Does INS give any time for continuation of the processing if there is a time gap between the cancallation of the GC and joining the new company for continuation of the GC.

Now why would anybody want to do that? After 180 days I donot
think your employer can do it. My suggestion is first find
a job and then talk to an immig attorney.

Can\'t the employer do anything after 180 days,If so can you please give details about that.my question was if my employer revokes before i lookout for a new employer then what is the process.
