Help - Green Cards received with an error

We have received green cards with an error saying Residence Since = July 10, 2004, which is PD. I don’t know what to do.

Do we have to replace these cards by filling I-90 forms?

After we file I-90 forms to replace cards, how soon we can new cards?

For travel purpose, we would like to have our passports to be stamped. Can we stamp before filling I-90 forms?

It can take months to get a replacement card.

But since the mistake is with the effective date and not your name or date of birth, I don't think you would have to get it changed right now. But definitely get it fixed before applying for citizenship.
