I am a US citizen and my father is green card holder and permanent resident. My grandfather also used to have a green card but he moved back to Italy years ago and had his green card revoked as a result. He is now 87 years old and wants to move back with my family here asap. Do you have any advice on what might be the best way for him to return permanently?
