Help?? - Got Interview

I joined client permanent after working for 3years on contract. I485 RD Oct 2002. I joined client on Feb 2004. I didnt send a letter of change employer.

My file got transfered from TSC to local office for interview.

Will this be a problem. I dont have an attorney, I'm not sure whether it's necessary to have an attorney.

Any advise will be greatly appreciated.

Please contact the local-office threads located above. Also, try to provide more details, including which office you got transferred to. If your issue is all about joining a different employer after satisfying AC-21 provisions, then you don't have to worry.

Interview on Dec 2004
 
Take the employment letter and company financial statment. Nothing to worry about, you will get the approval right away. :)
