Help, forgot to file medical exam together with I-485

I just filec 485, 765,131,130 two days ago. But i find i forgot to put the medical exam form togerther with the package. What shall i do now? I should submit it only after i get RFE or i can just submit it right now?
 
I agree, def wait till you get the RFE, if not they're not gonna know for what application it's for and they're too lazy to look around for it. You should receive the RFE in a month or so I think. Just have everything ready to mail it.
