Help For University Applications!!

I'm Al Torres, peruvian, 17 years old, from paterson, NJ. I am ranked 2nd in my school academics and i have a really good high school curriculum, with a GPA of 4.00 and extra curricular activities... next year is my senior year and I want to know if there is any way i can apply to universities (no community colleges) and for financial aid... yes u can apply to any universities of ur choices. But if u don't mind, what is ur status is ? As far as finiancal aid is concern, you will have to be a US citiziens, Green card holder,or an asylee to be able get it. My best advise will be to apply for scholarship,you have a good average .
