Help for RFE (W-2 Less than LC)

All
I got RFE for my W-2 for 2 years and Employee letter, I had few questions on this if some one can clarify.

1) my previous year(2002) W-2 amount is equal to prevailing labor wage specified on the labor that is used for my H1, but less than the amount specified on my GC labor.

2)Current salary is 10K less than the amount specified on my GC labor.

Will any of this above issues will stop my GC approval? thanks for your advice…

GC is for future employment, so if your company claim that you will be paid the salary mentioned on LC upon GC approval then there is no issue at all.

You are right ....but the reason they ask for your past docs ( like W2's ) is to confirm whether you were OK status wise or not ....lets say someone was on beach for say 9 months out of the whole year ....then the W2 will reflect that and they might get suspicious ....What U did in Ur. past also matters ....
