Guys I need your help again. I would like to get some opinions and advise on this issue. I am a F1 student, who has a US born baby, and I am planning to travel outside to my home country with the baby. However, I am taking the baby back to the US with me - HOW DO YOU THINK IMMIGRATION WILL VIEW ME COMING BACK WITH THE BABY - KNOWING HE WAS BORN HERE? I am married to a Permanent Resident, who actually was my boyfriend from bcak in my country, but I could not get follow-to-join benefits because he was being processed as a unmarried son of a US citizen. So that was bummer. But let me know what you guys think, and I wanna hear from anyone who know of any similar situations. My husband thinks its risky, but I would not tell them about my marriage - as I know not to already - and lucklily - I did keep my maiden name - so that part is ok.
