Help for LC and 140 - cane be transferred?

I have approved LC and I-140 for Company A. Now the division I worked for in company A was sold to company B, and I become the employee of company B. Do I need to re-apply LC and 140 in company B? or I can transfer my LC and I-140 from company A to company B?
