I am a F-1 visa holder and getting married this december in India. I intend to keep the maiden name of my wife unchanged (including the last name). Does the new rule for H1 and L1 dependents apply to F-1 dependents as well?
Secondly, if I am not changing my spouse's name then do I have to go to the regional passport office for any paperwork on my passport?
