Help for an RFE

Folks,
I was wondering how I can address the following question in the RFE:
"Submit evidence of the impact of your articles and presentations on the field, such as through independent citations or other recognition."

My citation is quite low because it takes 2-3 years to publish in my field. Therefore, how I can explain this. And also, what "other recognition" I can use other than reference letters.

you need to find couple of more people who can write reference letters for you. Ask them to include wordings similar to
"it takes 2-3 years to publish in our field" balh blah in their support letter.

Anything that would show that your have peer approval in your field as an expert.

if you get some external recommendation it may help. they need to emphasis that they know you through your work. if you met somebody in some conference then request them to write a letter saying the importance of your research. the immigration officer is lookig for "External reco/citation"". try to focus on this if you can.
