my wife has some allergic problem with her hands and some does not have fingerrpints for some (fingers)...I doubt FBI will accept the fingerprint cards even if we made those, did anybody have similar experience.
For FBI to clear the prints they should receive a legible computer scanable copy. If this is not the case, the FP card will be returned and your wife will be asked to resubmit the prints.
