Me and my wife filed my I-485& I-140 to TSC when we were Kentucky resident. Now we moved to Minnesota in Oct., 2004. Our first FP was done in 2003 when we were in Kentucky.
After moving to MN, we filed our AR-11 within 2 weeks. Now I got a notice for 2nd FP. However, my wife has not received any notice yet.
But 2nd FP notice said that I have to go to KY to do the fingerprint. Why?
1.) Can I make the FP done in the MN local office? Because going to Louisville for a simple FP is a big hassle.
2.) How to make sure that USCIS had got AR-11? How to confirm that?
