I have filed for 485 in Oct 2000. Now I got notice from INS to appear for finger prints before May 12.
I am planning to get marry in May 27, and bring my wife in first week of June, in H4 status. And planning to include her in my 485.
My questioin is , Can I appear for finger print in May 12 and include my wife in my 485 in June? Or should I not appear for FP? Can anyone suggest?
Also, my first H1B period expires by 01 Mar 2001. I applied for renewing it in Jan 10, in Vermount. Even if I plan for arranging marriage before May, my visit to India is totally depend on my H1 Renewal.
